Responsibilities

What’s the position?

The role of this position is to drive retail traffic, aid in B & M customer retention and marketing initiatives. This will be a key role on the Omni team, with emphasis on successfully driving traffic between online and offline channels and collaborating with multiple departments within the company including but not limited to Promotions, Brand, Commercial, VIP, Product, and Customer Service. This position will work in unison with Omni efforts and delivering a seamless experience to customers when they visit the retail sports book.

 

  • Execute on property strategies for retail player engagement, reactivation, retention and churn prevention
  • Work with CRM and Promotional teams to execute on leveraging day-to-day operations for the retail sports book
  • Work with BI to provide regular performance reporting to the property and ensure campaigns are analyzed pre- and post-delivery
  • Use data driven insights to test and optimize spend while refining our long-term Omni strategy
  • Lead the Omni efforts in optimizing our retail programs, looking for opportunities to ideate and test on innovative programs to increase retention, player value and wallet share
  • Lead other team members to plan and manage the program and promotional calendar for the property
  • Drive collaboration with property leadership to collaborate on campaigns and maintain a continuous feedback loop.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert, advising business stakeholders on best practices, including promotional and Omni strategy
  • Define overall promotional strategy for states and regions as part of overarching property sportsbook reinvestment plans utilizing all components of the dual cooperative relationship
  • Responsible for prioritization of on-site content across promotions, markets, and campaigns
  • Monitor competitive activity in applicable states
  • Identify opportunities for investment incrementality and optimization
  • Support and collaborate with other parts of the business such as operations, VIP, PR & social, and finance
  • Act as an escalation point for simple queries that are unable to be resolved by property team members
  • Collaborate with property marketing teams for opportunities to drive sportsbook business by meet and greets, watch parties, F & B promotions, property only drawings, etc.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Proven performer

  • 5+ years experience in Marketing, Product Management or Product Operations
  • Experience in land-based casino marketing, B2B Account Management or Social Gaming a plus

Relationship Builder

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external partners

Problem solver

  • A track record of analytical thinking & outside the box solutions to achieving business goals

Multi-Tasker

  • Someone undeterred by multiple concurrent projects, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
